This Billing Policy explains how payments work when you order from Laramie Liquors. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider over an encrypted (SSL) connection. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Currency and pricing
All prices and charges are shown and processed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are listed per item on the product page. Your order total, including any delivery fee and applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Taxes and fees
Applicable sales and alcohol taxes are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Shipping is a flat $19.99 per order (free over $500); local delivery is a flat $7.99 (free over $75); in-store pickup is free. The full breakdown is shown before you pay, and there are no hidden fees.
When you are charged
Your card is charged when you place your order, and you will receive an order confirmation by email. In some cases a temporary authorization hold may appear on your account before the final charge settles. This is normal and is released by your bank.
How charges appear
Charges from this store appear on your card statement as Laramie Liquors, or a similar descriptor. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before disputing it so we can help.
Declined or failed payments
If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details and available balance, or use a different card. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be completed or verified.
Age verification
Payment does not complete a sale on its own. Because we sell alcohol, every order also requires a valid 21-or-older government-issued photo ID at pickup or at delivery handoff. If valid ID cannot be provided, the order cannot be released and will be refunded per our Returns and Refunds policy.
