You must be 21 or older to use this site and to purchase alcohol. A valid photo ID is required at pickup and delivery.
Orders, pricing, and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices and availability may change. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected unlawful resale or sale to minors.
Pickup and delivery
We offer in-store pickup and local delivery in the Peoria area only, and we do not ship alcohol. However you receive your order, an adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID must be present to accept any order containing alcohol. We cannot leave alcohol unattended, or serve anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated.
Returns
Returns are limited as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided on an “as is” basis, and Laramie Liquors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
